Should you have your designs and construction drawings already, we will examine them and return a proposal to you based on these. This will clearly outline pricing, schedules etc,. If you haven’t engaged any professionals yet, we will discuss your vision and budget whilst gathering all the necessary technical data to form a brief which we will then discuss with you. Clients who hadn’t engaged us from the project inception always say that they wish they had! So, if you’re ready to discuss turning your vision into reality, please do give us a call. A schedule of payment is produced at the start as part of our document pack, this outlines a programme of payments that will be tailored upon discussion.

The project manager will meet with you at regular intervals to discuss the progress and address your needs or requirements. As part of our open and honest communication, any issues we feel need to be highlighted to you are quickly discussed. If amends are required the schedule is updated in agreeance with the client. For example, this could be because the client wishes to add in another feature or door that they have just decided to include, this then may affect price and schedules of work.
